Our honey comes from our own biodynamic beehives — tended without chemicals, in rhythm with the seasons and with reverence to the bees' own intelligence. Raw honey means unheated, unfiltered, exactly as the bees made it: alive with enzymes, pollen, propolis, and the particular flavor of the specific blooms our bees have been foraging in the Texas Hill Country.
Our infused honeys are made by folding fresh or dried herbs directly into raw honey and allowing them to infuse slowly — no heat, no shortcuts. Tulsi, rose, lavender, vanilla, golden turmeric, hot pepper, cacao mushroom — each one made when the plant is in peak season and the honey is freshly harvested.
