June 2025 includes red jalapeño, habenero and serrano peppers.
This batch is naturally fermented, full of beneficial probiotics.
This is a living food! Make sure to periodically "burp" the bottle (by opening the jar) as the fermented nature of the honey creates pressure under the lid over time.
