This respiratory blend was crafted to soothe sore throats, calm persistent coughs, and gently support the body through seasonal illness — while nourishing the Throat Chakra and strengthening the courage to speak your truth. Every herb in this blend was grown organically in our estate gardens in the Texas Hill Country, harvested by hand and slow-blended in small seasonal batches.
 
Brewing: bring water to a simmer, pour over the tea bag, cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Beautiful with a spoonful of our raw honey.
